NCDF Group Announces Intention to Pursue Three Public Listings by 2028


 NCDF Group has announced its intention to pursue three public listings by 2028 as part of its long-term corporate development and capital market strategy.

The announcement was made through the office of the Company Secretary, Adefunke B. Omidiora, while issuing a notice for the next Board of Directors meeting of NCDF Holdings Limited, scheduled to hold virtually on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

According to the company, the proposed roadmap includes plans to position NCDF Investment Management Plc and Konto Financial Group Plc for listing on the Nigerian capital market, while NCDF Holdings Limited, the Group’s holding company, is being considered for a future listing in the United States capital market.

The company stated that the proposed listings are part of its wider plan to strengthen governance, improve access to long-term capital, and support the growth of its operating platforms.

NCDF Investment Management Plc is expected to serve as the Group’s investment management and fund platform, while Konto Financial Group Plc is being developed as its financial inclusion and digital finance platform.

M NCDF Holdings Limited serves as the parent company for the Group’s wider investment, infrastructure, technology and operating interests.

The notice of the Board meeting stated that directors will consider a number of matters, including the approval of the 2026 budget, departmental reports, strategic discussions, matters arising from previous minutes, declaration of interests, any other business, and the date of the next meeting.

The Board members and senior officers listed in the notice include Mr. Oralusi Babatunde Hareter, Founder & Chairman; Mr. Connell Nicholas John, Managing Director; Mr. Kareem Tajudeen Ayodeji, Executive Director; Mrs. Owumi Otega, Executive Director; Mr. Ademilua Charles Idowu, Non-Executive Director; Mr. Southcombe Clifford Douglas, Non-Executive Director; Mrs. Joy Ehebhamen; Mr. Sunday Babatunde Akinde, Independent Non-Executive Director; and Barr. Ekaete Eteowo, Head of Legal & Compliance.

NCDF Group said the proposed listing plans remain subject to regulatory approvals, market conditions, shareholder approvals, corporate readiness, due diligence, valuation review and the engagement of relevant professional advisers.

The company also noted that it will continue to work on its governance, audit systems, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk management, investor relations and capital market documentation ahead of any future listing process.
